TrueFalse processes your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act. A short page, because we collect little.

- Information submitted via the contact form (name, email address, message content) is recorded by TrueFalse to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to follow up on it.
- legal basis
- Consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) and, where a relationship begins, pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b)).
- mandatory fields
- Name, email and message are required to handle your request; absent these we cannot reply.
- recipients
- Authorised TrueFalse personnel only. No commercial transfer.
- hosting and transfers
- Data is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany (European Union). No transfer outside the European Economic Area is made.
- retention
- Kept for the duration of our exchange, then deleted on request or within a reasonable time. The CNIL recommends a maximum of three years from last contact for prospection.
- your rights
- Under GDPR articles 15 to 22 and the French Data Protection Act, you may access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to or port your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Exercise these rights: contact@truefalse.fr.
- complaint
- If you believe your data protection rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL: cnil.fr.
- cookies
- This site sets no audience-measurement, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies may be used; these are exempt from consent (CNIL cookie guidelines; art. 82 of the French Data Protection Act).
